[Staying up late]

i love the fact that the TV being static (implying that they were watching live TV) plus the fact that they are watching tv in the first place, plus the fact that it's a giant box, implies that this is 2005

I do have the 90s / 2000s in mind when I draw, even the cars I draw are usually sedans, generally with the common retro boxy shape :3

Routine often stay up very late either watching TV or playing with her cat Daily, until she fall asleep :)

i like everything about autumn. the cold weather, the colours of the outdoors, the only thing i hate is the spiders. like we had a huge spider infestation, and we got some big mfs this time. first the ants now this. god give me a rest.

love the colours here! sometimes an art style can take the goofiest cartoon/characters and make it look like the deepest thing ever

i think ants are cool and i love watching them interract when theres a bunch of them in a colony. but unfortunately i have to put all that aside because theres an ant infestation in my house. bug spray, bordering up any possible orifice. if i see one, its on sight.

absolutely wicked. is there a name for this kind of colourful, gross-out sort of art? i usually find it in branding, mostly album covers. if you check out some of Subtronics' album covers, they give off that same sort of vibe. usually really goopy and trippy, with some influences of urban culture here and there. im obsessed with it though.

thank you! honestly i'm not too sure if there's an official name the style goes by, but i'm very influenced by artists such as Alex Pardee, SKINNER, Ed Roth etc. also growing up i was very into skateboard culture, punk music etc so it's just all kind've boiled up to being this kinda mish mash of all my favourite things
